Just get a 2.3L turbo from one of the following

84-86 Thunderbird 2.3T
87-88 T-bird 2.3T (the best)
85-86 Mustang SVO 2.3T

They bolt right in and you can use all of the n/a 2.3's accessories on the turbo motor. I bought a 2.3T for $500 and I got everything needed to make it run.
