Welcome to Mustang Works Online! Not a whole lot is available for the 2.3 engine, but exhaust, some 3.55 ratio rear gears and a K&N air filter won't hurt. Beyond that, there isn't a lot you can do without getting into expensive modifications. The Ram-Air hood won't do a thing for you. If you want to stay with the 4 cylinder engine, I would concentrate on some aftermarket wheels and tires and a few other body modifications to enhance the appearence of your '93 Mustang. It's a great car, even with a small engine...just not a very fast car!
