I haven't done the swap VF but I've done both types. If you are going CFI I think something like Holleys Projection would be easier to do, and maybe more cost effective in the long run. If you want Multi port then go with a 89 or later mustang. I've often been told if you go to fuel injection make sure you've got valves that can take the increased demands of fi. That's another good thing about a 89 or later donor, the TE7 heads and roller cam. Unless you've already modified your 68 302 they'd be a step up. Good luck.
