Since you have noticed that you have a radical cam, from the poor vacume etc. Obviously this is quite a radical cam, and is affecting your low end torque. Its probably a high end power builder. I forgot if you said you had stock heads or not, but if you do, its probably made to make power above where your stock heads can breathe. Its very important to know how you engine is put together. Switch cams, find one w/ good low end torque, with a good powerband.
