I believe Mustangs Plus has these templates also. I also am pretty sure it's 1" lower for the new bolt holes. For sure get the templates before drilling any holes. It's possible to do the alignment yourself . I did this on my '66 using home made wooden jigs and a level. Some of this is in Fred Puhn's book, How to Make Yuor Car Handle. It took some trial and error and a shim kit and a lot of time, but the result was good.
