2500 for a straight bodied fastback, I would have killed for a deal like that when I bought my stang 3 years ago. And it really isn't all that expensive to conv to a V8 from the six. especially when it needs new brakes any way. California Mustangs does a disk front kit that comes with everything, and you can pick up a new rear for cheep. And besides, with what you are paying for that car, plus the expenses of motor and other swap stuff, I think you will be ending up on the cheaper side, cause most of the V8 cars I have seen are thrashed.
