Mustang 66, You are really taking a big bite. The max you can run on 65/66 is an 8.5 inch without a mini-tub. My 65 FB runs a 10.5 inch slick, mini tub, shortened 9 inch, ladder bars, Koni coil overs. Whatever rear section you buy, it will have to shortened to run the larger meats. A complete 9 inch, shortened, with lets say Mark Williams or Strange gears, 31 or 35 spline axles, would run around 2000.00 to 2500.00, not counting the mini tub. I think a lot has to do with the amount of HP you plan to push thru this thing. To give you an idea of the stance, you will find my FB on the cover page of www.fordmuscle.com this month.
