The reason I say 4K is the parts could be sold individually for that much, especially with the shaker setup. If it is a 428, there are not too many of them out there, and would have a big influence on price. What options does it have Disk Brakes, A/C, PS, etc..

The other thing is where you are located, here in the Dallas area the prices are climbing.
