I have never seen a good switch over. I know I hear all the stories too. But, I do have a repair shop here in Florida. And i don't see good long lasting coversions.

I have seen some gases that will fit in instead of R 12 that aren't 134. I'm sorry I can't remember the name. But it is prices reasonable and works much BETTER then R134 put in a R-12 unit. If you email me I will get the name, etc.
