I'm pretty sure that on all Ford small blocks after 66 they used rail type rockers. The rails on the valve stems kept the rockers in alignment. Converting to roller rockers will require guide plates and hardened pushrods....as well as tapping out the heads for screw in rocker studs. It's a lot of work for so little gain.
