Good advise given above - I have used a torque strap with stock mounts (in good condition) in the past, with great success. Rev is absolutely correct that if you drive the car with any frequency on the street the vibration from solid mounts will drive you nuts after a while - I used them in a past project car and took them out after two weeks and went with the stock mounts and strap setup.
