I did the swap you are talking about. (Well I paid someone to do it but don't tell anyone.) If I'm not mistaken they had to add a longer adjustment arm. It's probably about 7 inches long. It looks like a piece of all thread. If you use all-thread, stiffen it with something because it flexes quite a bit when you apply the clutch.(Mine did anyway and there probably is a better solution.
