Switching from 4lug to 5 lug isn't too hard. The cheapest way to do it is to find a V8 parts car. You will need the front spindles, backing plates, and brake parts. This would be a good time to replace the ball joints. If I remember right the tie rod ends will still fit. For the back, swap out the whole rear end.
