Thanks gentlemen for the response. I did contact American Racing Co. as Red suggested. I was impressed that American Racing responded quickly. They advised me that the Torq Trust II do not have clear coat coating. I also asked for ways to clean and maintain the rims. They suggested to use American Racing wheel sealer and polish , to maintain the original look.
