Moises, don't blame Holly. They've been making performance carbs forever, and they ARE GOOD. What you need for your set up is a dual plane manifold like an Edelbrock Performer or a Weiand Stealth. On top of that put a Holly or a street Demon. You'll want vacumm secondaries and about 600-650 CFM. With a good induction (mild street), you'll be amazed at how well your set up can run. Holly has all the parts to tune your carb any way you want it. This has been true for a long time now.
