![]() If you're gonna go looking for 11s, forget the Ford GT40 crate motors. They'll never make 11s out of the box and that's pretty much the point of a crate motor, isn't it? They have hypereutic (spelling?) pistons too so they won't hold up much to any sort of power adder. You could use a small blower. Any large dose of nitrous will kill one of those in short order though. Nitrous (in large doses) can make a frequency during combustion that will shatter a hypereutic piston like glass. Maybe a turbo....who knows. The FRPP catalog does have a 347 short block with forged pistons, though. It's not a crate motor, but it's a good buy.
