Tend to agree with you. I too have never seen a 64 1/2, 289 or a 61, 409. I too have heard all the stories, but I don't believe what I hear and only half of what I see. I also believe that the hard to find 61, 409's were really 62 Bel Air's with the large 61 rear window. To the untrained teenage eye I'm sure they look the same. Probably the same goes for the 64 1/2 Mustang too. |
