Generally the I6 to V8 conversion goes something like this. Change front and rear suspension to heavier set up. Change brakes at all 4 wheels, change cooling system. Convert from 4 lug wheels to 5 lug. Change tranny if manual. All of this depends on how hot you want to go. I would recomend it all if you want 5.0 power as well as upgraded safety features. Is short it is not a cheap proposition, but if you are going for a total rebuild most of this stuff will get changed anyway.
