Wow, sounds like you have everything you need. What pressure cap are you running?? Might be the best you can get in that darn heat. I run up to 200 on the highway here in Orlando when it is HOT out too. I run 3 row rad, elect. fan, shroud 160 thermostate and 15 lb cap.
