I have a BW T-10 4spd right now and have a T5 ready to drop in, just hope it holds up. I used to use water wetter but switched to 40 below. Some people say to use 2 cans of 40 Below but I'm only using one(that stuff's expensive for such a small can), I've also heard of Purple Ice in Jegs catalog but don't know what works best. Both fans are set to turn on @ 160, but hard to tell when they both turn on b/c if one is on they both turn even if only one is pulling/pushing. I'm putting an inline coolant filter in the upper hose to clean it out. I've had my old 4 row brass radiator rodded out about 3 different times but never really helped so I turned to alum. How is 69 power steering coolers mounted? I've already modified the gravel shield to accomodate an a/c condenser and the front fan, but don't have the a/c in yet. I've been waiting to cure the problem at hand first. You are all giving good advise and will try them this weekend.
