Usually the engine doesn't matter what radiator you have other than the # of rows. A radiator shop can repair it by closing off the rows that were cut, decreasing the effiency of it and possibly leaking later depending on how good they repaired it. If you don't already have a backup it will either be a long time before you get one or it will be expensive. Most radiators for mustangs are available in aluminum but not sure for your application because I never really looked.
