a 69 and 67 are not very close at all. There are some major differences. Maybe if u stripped it down to just a bare fram and started putting 69 body parts on. Even then it would be a very diffcult task to do. If u want a 69 just go out and find urself one i wouldn't try and make one out of a 67 that would be very hard u would have to chance everything about the 67. The 70 and 69 are close though but even that would be hard to do.
