![]() Go with the Hooker and while you're at it go with Super comps. I threw away my hedmans b/c of leaks due to not fitting port shape and finally burning a hole in the side. Any header can be hard to install, jack up engine and work it in, and keep telling yourself not to start beating the sh1t out of your car. To get 400hp out of a 289 you're going to need a good cam and induction on top of the stuff you stated. Also be careful with that much power and a stock t5
