If you have been looking in the summit cat. then You probaly have seen the one cam kit they offer for the 351w(it is the same grind as the early 90 lightnings came with). I have used that in many street 289-302's with real good luck it maintains a stock idle character but gives lots of punch to about 6000 depending on intake and head combo. If you get a 351w cam all you have to do is change your firing order to the 351/302HO firing order.
