I still use my stock fan. All I have is a cheap 3 row rad from advance, and the rest of the cooling system is stock. My car is a 5 speed so I don't know the heating difference with an auto. Not really sure that just a fan will fix your problem. You may have something else wrong. I have a lot more mods than you and mine still runs cool.
