That and the god awful Cobra computer won't really give you max power for a full 7 seconds.
That's how long it takes for the thing to go into open loop. If you change your MAF sensor you'll also need to go to 19lb injectors in a straight up swap. If I were you, I'd look at a Pro-M MAF 73mm-75mm for your Cobra. Have it calibrated for 24lb injectors, and look for an A9L series computer, or one out of a early Fox with MAF. The auto computers have more aggressive fuel and timing curves, and they work with the manual cars so they are your best bet for maximum performance. You'll definately see an improvement in power by doing the swap. Best of all, it'll continue to reward you as your mods pile up! |
