Just looking at your signature, the ported E7's and electric fan will keep you from competing in Factory Stock. FS doesn't allow any port work to the head (even gasket matching) and the chambers must be greater than or equal to 58cc. They also require stock valve sizes. I'm pretty sure FS requires the use of the stock fan and shroud as well. I think they also require the use of stock ratio'd pullies, but I could be wrong on this point.
