![]() It could be the clutch or it could be your driving. The clutch slipping seems to make sense because take a look at your MPH at 1/8 and 1/4 mile between both slips. You have a 2.5mph difference at the 1/8th, and at 1/4, then a 1.2mph difference in favor of the slower 1/8th on the other slip. So, your clutch maybe slipping, or else you could be making inconsistant shifts (I am not trying to rip up your driving style because I don't know how you drive of course.)
With that MPH closing in on 95, that should be good for about mid 14's on street tires. Your 1/8th mile times should be quicker too, so whatever it is, its happening throughout the whole 1/4 mile. Ohh yeah, I would be shifting somewhere over 5000rpm. Even though its past your "peak" power, 4500-4700 is just too low. ------------------ 2001 SVT Lightning (red): Many mods to come- Let the Vette killer begin to take shape 1997 Thunderbird 4.6L: Dynomax exhaust, Lightning 80mm MAF, Accufab MAF adapter, 7" powerstack cone filter, B&M 24,000GVW trans cooler, Inject-Tech chip, many more to come...15.2 @ 91.
