with 75,000 miles you should be Ok putting them on, I added mine at 80,00 and I cahecked all my springs which were in good condition. I took them off at 160,000 miles wjhen I swapped in my new motor and sold them to a guy who offered me a $100.00 and he new how many miles were on them
