I hate to say this to a fellow stanger but your probalby not going to win
 I whooped on a turbo sohc civic once when my car only had a chip, k&n, Hpipe, and pulleys but I hit a 14.6 stock and was running a little quicker after those mods. I REALY hate people that talk shitt like that too, he probably deserves to get his azz beat. Slap on the pulleys, bump your timing and bust a decent launch and you MIGHT hold him off.
