You would need a good launch, like fastang said, and get the 3.89 posi, and put some dragradials on but you might need a stall cvrtr.

Ah heck just race him, i raced a bone stock 99t/a that went 13.6 @104 but someone that cant drive real great could be around 13.8 14.0, skill has alot to do with it, i also seen a guy go stock 13.1 @106 with good traction.
