If it was going to be the same level of difficulty to put either of the 351s (W or C) in a 86 I would go with the Clevo. But I think I'm safe to say that there are quite a few more conversion kits for Windsors. Not to mention you can find Windsor parts all over. You can't say the same about Clevelands. I think Clevelands do respond to mods better, like MrWesson22 said. They are just a little harder to build. Make sure you do it right!
