Lizard,
There is absolutely no doubt that you have a very strong running 4.6. (A 101 trap speed with the mods you have speak volumes about how well its running)
But...
A 13.69 quarter mile isn't light speed...
There's tons of light to moderately modded fox bodies running 13.6-13.0 on the street.
And with the price of 5.0 parts, its pretty cheap to make them extremely fast... (Compared to the expense for our parts....sigh...)

Basically, never judge a book by its cover, ESPECIALLY a fox body....
