if thats a good intake and exhaust (not filter and fart....) then that would put up a fight for a stock stang. Since you say you want to mod the car, i'd say go with the mustang all the way. Get one, and void the warranty as fast as you can! On a stock stang, just doing rear gears will put you into the high 13's, and i don't think that will void the warranty.
