Thanks for the reply...I feel better knowing that it is possible that I dont have a slug of a car...it turned 99K miles on the way home from the track & my friend from work(a Pont Grand Prix GTP driver) thinks my engine is just 'old & tired'...I think that's just his GM mind talking...and I still can kick his car's *** any day. I have some 3.55's in the garage but my mechanic thinks I should go with the 3.73's for better track times. The Cobra just became my weekend cruiser as my wife & I just added a '01 5.0 Explorer to our stable.
