Your speed density system runs itself gauged by the vaccuum in the motor. When you put the e-303 in you dropped the vaccuum and the computer is speaking english but trying to read Chinese-has no idea what to do so it just decides to run crappy. The only way I've seen to correctly cure this is to go to a dyno and get a chip burnt for your car. At WOT their is no vaccuum no matter what cam you run so that is why it works fine then-it's set up to run that way.
