Are you sure this was a V8 camaro and not a v6. These are faster than a 00 GT. And with the mods you list, there is no way you are gonna take a 98 and newer z28. Are you sure it wasnt an lt1? 97 or older? The only way it could happen is if the guy doesnt know how to drive his car at all. Please dont take this as a flame. It is not intended in that manner.
