The specs of that cam are similar to the E303 cam from FMS. It has a bit more lift, but it is about the same. If it's performance is comparable it should be a pretty good combo. The E-bok comes out a bit ahead of a GT-40 on the upper end, and I know a guy that runs an E303 with the Gt-40, and it's pretty potent...street yes...strip ??
