Thanks guys, i was pretty excited!
This car was flawless looking and i'm not exactly sure what year though. People on this board have said my car is a low 14 high 13 second car (it has 3.55 gears, i've taken out all the sound deadening and rear seats and panels, 1.72ratio roller rockers, MSD ignition, and a few more things). I shifted into 3rd when he was at my rear bumper but he almost got to the door. He didn't stay there for long though  It might have been an older one because he had momentum and i still pulled on him pretty hard.
