Hey Sky,
Last time at Fontana there were several cars running slicks (not just DR). Including one 9 sec 67 Mustang and a Lightning. I think they are not enforcing ALL the rules. Most of the people I know think they put alot of strict rules on paper to get the program running, but aren't really enforcing too many.
