If I was going for all out economy, the Jetta TDI or Golf TDI would be way up there on my shopping list.
Significantly more power than a Metro, and just as good on gas, er ah, diesel  . They do cost more though. Still, they aren't as cheap "builtwise" as the cars you've listed, a nice step up. |
