Well,
Uh oh, here I go magazine racing again:

The 99-00 GTs pump out 260HP at the crank stock. take out an average of 15% to the wheels and you have about 221 hp.
Add 28 to the RWHP total and you get 249 rwhp.
Adjust it to the crank output, and it comes out to a little under 295 hp at the crank.

Close to 300 hp, but not quite.

To be honest, I think the numbers are quite high compared to most results I've seen on similar cars with similar mods...
