i once had to sue a guy in calif on the same type of deal it cost me 70 bucks to file and i did not have to show for court only provide my records to the judge. any way the didn't show so i won but.... the scuzball filed bankrupsy on me and he doesn't have to pay. thats ok i did get the last laugh some people i know took a vacation down that way and paid him a visit, no chainsaws or violece but they did get the point across.
i will say be csarful if you choose this route after all you are dealing with a minor. btw my friends said he already had one black eye.. violence is not the answer, but it sure feels good ------------------ Joe My 71 Coupe boycott NASCAR |
