That's pretty funny, Jodi. Before I moved outta my parents' house, the neighbor tried to get a petition signed preventing me from driving the car after 10pm! They said it was too loud and obnoxious! From what I understand, they DID have a few signatures! But....guess what. NOBODY can do ANYTHING about it.
