I can hardly believe what I am hearing.
  . Getting jailed (without getting official WARNINGS first), neighbors signing petitions, telling you to change your mufflers, etc  , heh, heh, oh man, he ha ha, I can hardly control the laughter. You guys sound like you live next to the Bradys, heh he . I really don't mean to downplay the severity of your situations (I myself do find it highly sickening), I just find it amazing that people would have such the audacity.
