Most of the cops in the states that I have run into would've been dicks. Can't be complaining too much if he dropped the ticket way down.
I don't know anything about fighting tickets in Canada so good luck. Still, I wouldn't even screw with it since it doesn't effect your insurance. Too much hassle for too little reward. |
