There are probably lots of movies that have had a Mustang of one type or another shown for at least a few seconds (or more). For example, in a B-movie made in the 80's by Full Moon called, Trancers II, Helen Hunt who plays Jackdeth's (now) wife drives a 5.0 LX.
The original Trancers movie is where I got my online handle, JACKDETH, from.
