I converted to T-5 last summer after the AOD took a dump on me. What exactly do you need to know? Off the top, you need to take off the exhaust from the engine to the mufflers and dropping your AOD isn't that bad (i used a jack to slowly lower it down), and you might have to drill a hole through the firewall for your clutch cable, and I didn't switch computers too but I heard you should. Mine runs good but I had to disconnect the Air Idle Bypass Valve to calm the idle down 'cause it like to idle at like 12 or 1300 even between shifts.
