Well, it's hovering around $1.28/gal here in SE Michigan and NW Ohio. I just can't see it going up to $3/gal, that's insane!!! Do you realize how many people wouldn't be able to get to work any more? Hell, I'd just fill up and drive off if that happened...not that I've done that before, though.
 IMHO, I think we'd be bombing the arab coutries @$$ if that kind of price was set, and don't tell me that OPEC doesn't have a total monopoly on oil and setting prices. I believe GW was onto something when he said we need to explore Alaska in the near future.
