The size of the crime doesn't matter. The exchange was done over state lines. If he's ripped off numerous people that you don't know about, his crime is worse although you're only a small part of it.
It's likely mail fraud for starters. Using UPS doesn't matter. They're a legal mail carrier along with Fed Ex and other carriers. |
